By registering for the Sueño deTango Festival ("the Festival"), you agree to comply with the following terms of use. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and legally compliant experience for all participants.
Registration and Payment
Registration Process: Your registration will only be considered complete once the registration form has been submitted and full payment has been received.
Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full by the deadline specified.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as soon as possible. Any refunds will be at the discretion of the organizers.
Data Protection
Personal Information: We collect your personal information for the purpose of event organization, communication, and logistics. This includes your name, contact details, and any other information necessary for your participation in the Festival.
Data Security: Your personal information will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or for the organization of the Festival (e.g., sharing names with venues for access purposes).

Photography and Videography
Consent to Be Photographed/Recorded: By attending the Festival, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded during the event. These images and recordings may be used by the Festival organizers for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and in print materials.
Waiver of Rights: You waive any rights to inspect or approve the use of these images or recordings and understand that no compensation will be provided for their use.
Health and Safety
Participant Responsibility: All participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the Festival. Please ensure you are in good health and capable of participating in the physical activities involved.
Liability: The Festival organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during the Festival.
Code of Conduct
Behavior: All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, staff, and performers. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the Festival without a refund.
Adherence to Rules: Participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines provided by the Festival organizers, including those related to the venues and schedules.
Changes to the Event
Right to Modify: The Festival organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venues, and other logistical details as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
Force Majeure
Event Cancellation: In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions), the Festival may be postponed or canceled. In such cases, the organizers will determine the refund policy.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia. Any disputes arising from participation in the Festival will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Serbia.
